Lekan Oluyelu, before founding Adroll Media Limited has worked with Bond & Templers Limited (Lagos & Johannesburg) as the Managing Director. He also worked with Sharemind Lagos (An affiliate of Mindshare Global), a multinational media buying agency in 116 countries across the globe as Head, OOH Planning & Buying as well as Nigeria Ambassador for groupM (AMbassador). He has diverse experience spanning Business Development, Client Services/Relations, Management and International Marketing, his specialties include: passion for leadership, International Marketing, Strategic Alliances and execution of Business contract, Client Services/Relationship, Business Management/Development Consultancy, and procurement.
He is a member to various professional bodies which includes; Project Management Institute (PMI), International Marketing Association (IMA Institute for the promotion of Business Enterprises (IPBE), Chartered Institute of Public Management (CIPM), Musical Society of Nigeria (MUSON), Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON). He studied Finance from one of the best tertiary schools in Nigeria: University of Lagos, Akoka. Previously, Lekan worked on variety of clients such as: Campari, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi (makers of IBEX), The Coca-Cola Nigeria Company, GSK, Leadway Assurance, GTBank, First Bank, MTN, Globacom, Airtel, Guinness Nigeria, Oando Diamond Bank, Etisalat, Unilever PLC, Unity Bank, Zenith Bank, Fidelity Bank and many other local & International brands.
In June 2015, he became one of the Nigeria Ambassador for Peace and in 2024, he was coffered the title “ENI ÀWÒKÓṢE ODÓ ILẸ̀ YORÙBÁ” by Yoruba Youth Parliament (YYP), Nigeria. Presently, Lekan Oluyelu is the Executive Vice-Chairman, Adroll Meida Limited, a Media Buying solutions provider with competences and focus on sub-Saharan and African markets. In his 24 years in the Out-of-Home Media planning & Buying (OOH), Lekan has been recognised for his contribution in growing both local and international blue chip brands through innovative solutions that deliver results to client’s satisfaction. Lekan has on many occasions ventured beyond the boundaries of media and marketing business to create new streams of income for the company and for the wealth of the shareholders.
Bukola Oluyelu’s career spans close to 15 years of cognate experience across media advertising, client servicing, human management and entrepreneurship. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Adroll Media Limited. An enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer focused individual that is well rounded; she possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, highlighting her commitment to excellence and positive impact, her attention to detail is exceptional.
Her career started at Standard Alliance Insurance Plc in the marketing department as a retail marketer. She soon moved to Gems Communications Limited, an Out-Of-Home advertising company where she rose from an Executive to an Assistant Manager, client services. She managed clients’ key accounts; developed strong and enduring relationships with existing clients for the specific purpose of identifying opportunities and achieving sales profitability goals. Previously, she was the General Manager and Head- client services department (OOH Unit) of Bond & Templers Limited and rose to the Chief Operating Officer of the company where she was responsible for aligning organizational objectives with company mission to increase business growth and integrate work strategies. Prior to her current role, she was appointed as an Executive Director at LB3 Investment Limited.
She has attended many media, customer service/relationship management, negotiations trainings and seminars. In December,2015 she was appointed Nigeria Ambassador for Peace. She is also an associate member, Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and member of Inner Wheel Nigeria where she serves humanity.
